Chief Executive Officer: Moshe Greenfeld
Moshe directs all management, development, and strategy for Focusinc. He oversees general operations and works with clients by helping them identify what tasks they can outsource, allowing them to focus on the core aspects of growing their businesses. His philosophy is rooted in maximizing the growth of companies by analyzing their operations and finding ways to simplify them through delegating tasks overseas at lower cost without sacrificing the quality of output. Moshe’s goal is to change the way business is done by recruiting elite talent with professional skills that expand the scope of what virtual assistants can do for companies dedicating too many domestic resources that could be outsourced at a substantial savings.

General Manager: Luis Phillip A. Tan
Phillip is an experienced productivity and leadership consultant. He has been in various management roles covering human resources, training and development and operations research. He was educated as an Industrial Engineer with minors in Chemical Engineering from one of the prime universities in Manila. Prior to joining Focusinc, he was a program manager for an international organization engaged in training and community building. He has worked in such renowned organization as RFM Corporation, Saint Luke’s Medical Center and Interadent Zahntechnik Philippines. He is the father of two children, enjoys sports and various volunteer engagements for the youth and people with disabilities.

Finance Manager: Eule A. Estimada
Eule has a long record of leading the financial functions of business operations representing millions in sales volume. With a BS in Accountancy from University of Mindanao, she is responsible for financial planning, reporting, and managing financial risks at Focusinc. She administers tax and audit functions, pay records, benefits and payouts, keeps track of all expenses and maintains Focusinc’s budget. In addition, Eule ensures that internal controls are in place and that Focusinc remains in full compliance with all applicable laws.

HR Manager: Florelie L. Estillore
Flor brings in 8 years of HR experience. A product of University of Cebu with the course of Bachelor of Arts major in Industrial Psychology, she continually strives to perfect the skill and craft through practice and study. Currently she is working on her Masters Degree in Psychology majoring in Industrial and Organizational at Ateneo de Davao University. Her background in Human Relations gives her an edge in effectively managing and developing every employee in Focusinc. Her expertise revolves on her knowledge in HR Systems particularly in recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Training & Development, Employees’ Relations, Organizational Development, and Labor Compliance. Flor’s role as a HR Manager is to be responsible for the management and effectiveness of the Human Resources functions and programs of the Company for organizational development and the strengthening of employee programs to achieve overall business goals.

Account Manager: Peter Cris Laturgo
A proud alumnus of Ateneo de Davao University, Peter is highly trained and skilled when it comes to handling different kinds of people as well as directing and managing them to be productive, efficient and continually motivated at work. Mr. Laturgo brings in five years of supervisory experience with the specialty of handling voice accounts, non-voice accounts, technical accounts, content review, back office and sales accounts. Part of his expertise is also Training and Development as well as Quality Assurance. Peter’s basic responsibility as an account manager is to ensure productivity, quality and time-management of all the Virtual Assistants and Team Leaders under his team. Along with other members of the Operations Department, he is one of the frontliners in leading the workforce of Focusinc. He is also in charge of client relations, handling various clients effectively and efficiently. He is truly a top notch account manager.

Account Manager: Anna Lydnor B. Peneiro
Anna is a product of the University of Southeastern Philippines with a degree in Language and Literature. She also took up her Masters Degree in Education major in Language Training. Anna brings in 7 years of experience in the BPO industry as well as 4 years experience in the academe. She has the competent edge from all acquired skills and knowledge from her years of experience and training. Her specialty lies in leading, managing, training and coaching people with the sole purpose of helping them to achieve their short-term and long-term goals. Anna oversees her Virtual Assistants and ensures that they all exceed their client’s expectations. One of her methods is continual training and one-on-one coaching to continually develop the company’s greatest asset and investment which is its workforce. She is well-versed in devising helpful strategies and game plans in achieving great results for the betterment of our clients businesses.

Operations Supervisor: Heide Anne S. Guibelondo
Heide is an AB – Communication Arts graduate from the University of Immaculate Concepcion, Davao City. She spent almost 5 years in one of Davao’s leading BPO’s as a Customer Service Supervisor and has handled multiple accounts for sales and voice. Here, she has demonstrated great initiative, proactivity, and involvement with her agents. Heide loves to empower her team in order to bring out their full potentials. She always aspires for career growth and development of her team members. This expertise in people management is her best tool to bring Focusinc to the next level.

Operations Supervisor: Justin Richard Velarde
Justin has 9 years experience in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry supporting US based clients. He had worked with Fortune 500 companies in financial and telecommunications sector. He is highly proficient in both customer and technical support service. He has varied interests from information technology, geography and history. He is a firm believer of continuous improvement. He loves gardening, working out and being a handyman in his free time. Justin is currently managing accounts in transportation related industries which may include trucking, GPS, shipping and technical needs. He believes that being a role model will achieve his team’s full potential.

Operations Supervisor: Jennifer Ablas
Jennifer is a strong and independent woman. Her college years as a student of AB – Sociology in the Ateneo, gave her the opportunity to develop skills on how to deal and manage different types of people. It was also her exposure to such field that allows her to keep herself together whenever faced with unexpected situations. Before joining Focusinc, Jennifer was a Senior VA in one of Davao’s first Virtual Assistance firm. She has an extensive experience in handling multiple accounts and her main responsibility was to look after the interest of the client and address their business needs. She also headed a team of VA’s who had their own asigned clients and she provided the necessary support to ensure quality output and client satisfaction.

Quality Supervisor: Lester Shaun Maquinano
Prior to his BPO exposure, Lester was a researcher and a junior scientist in the field of Remote Sensing Technology and Biotechnology for the government. A Biology graduate from UP, his career took an unexpected turn when he realized that customer service and technical support was his “calling” more than being stuck in a laboratory or out in the wilds. Coupled with experience in being a salesman, and a part-time teacher, Lester became exposed to process management and client relations. Hoping to find a job that challenges his versatility and background, Lester landed a job at Focusinc handling both Operations and Quality at the same time. A sports-minded, movie buff, and anime lover, Lester is surely a dependable addition to the Focusinc family.
