A proud alumnus of Ateneo de Davao University, Peter is highly trained and skilled when it comes to handling different kinds of people as well as directing and managing them to be productive, efficient and continually motivated at work. Mr. Laturgo brings in five years of supervisory experience with the specialty of handling voice accounts, non-voice accounts, technical accounts, content review, back office and sales accounts. Part of his expertise is also Training and Development as well as Quality Assurance.
Peter’s basic responsibility as an account manager is to ensure productivity, quality and time-management of all the Virtual Assistants and Team Leaders under his team. Along with other members of the Operations Department, he is one of the frontliners in leading the workforce of Focusinc. He is also in charge of client relations, handling various clients effectively and efficiently. He is truly a top notch account manager.
